REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free swaps or refunds, as long as its within 14 days of the delivery date.

To Return an Item:

Please make sure that the product was received by you within 14 days of delivery.

The Happy Den will pay the cost of the courier of returning your goods and delivery of your new order.

To arrange a refund of swap, please send an email to info@TheHappyDen.com

Your email should have the following information so that we can process a return and send a courier, paid for by The Happy Den.

  • Your name
  • Order reference number
  • Your Address
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date the goods were received by you
  • If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return

Please include a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product and if so, what other product you want to order or a refund. 

We will provide you with a label via email that you can print and attached the parcel, ready for the courier to collect that we will arrange.

Once the items are received back, we will process the refund, please note this may take up to 7 working days.

The full refund will go back to the credit or debit card you used for the purchase, or you can have store credit. Please confirm your preference on the email.

We will arrange for a courier to collect the product, please put item back in its original packaging. 

Once again, The Happy Den will pay the cost of the courier of returning your goods and delivery of your new order.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@thehappyden.com so that we can arrange for a new one with the supplier asap. We will of course pay the courier to collect it. 

Once we receive the damaged item, we will offer you a new one or a refund.

Guarantees:

We offer a guarantee on all the furniture, but the length of time various on each item. If you would like to know before you purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Under normal circumstances, after 14 days from delivery you cannot return or swap, however please still make an enquiry and we will see what we can do for you. If items appear to have been damaged by you, the customer, we have the right to dispute the return.

The Happy Den operates on a drop shipping business model. We only partner with U.K. high quality suppliers with premium quality goods.
