Shipping & Delivery 

Currently we only ship to mainland U.K. but we plan on shipping outside this in the near future, so please sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days depending on the item, although we aim for as fast as possible. 

At that time of year when Christmas is close by, shipping may take a little longer, please feel free to call us and check on your item before purchasing if you need it urgently.

The Happy Den operates on a drop shipping business model. We only partner with U.K. high quality suppliers with premium quality goods. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free swaps or refunds within 14 days of purchase.

Our preferred courier is DPD Local, we may also use Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

Our shipping cut off time is 4pm, Monday to Saturday and Sunday is 2pm.

We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please reach out to us via email at info@thehappyden.com or call 0333 050 6539 so that we can help.

If the courier tracking number is showing as delivered, but you have not yet received it, please contact us ASAP.

We often run offers where orders over £100 will be free, outside this most orders a shipped for around £4.99 within 3 to 7 days, depending on size & weight of the item.

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free swaps or refunds, as long as its within 14 days of purchase.
