We was torn between the tribeca and the oslo model, so we emailed our questions over, Karen answered them thoroughly and quickly and we were also offered a phone call to help. We went ahead with the oslo model as we wanted the benefits of the hydromassage for my husband as he is a builder and works outside in all weather conditions, so often has back and knees ache. We are very happy with our purchase, it arrived fast and it was easy to set up. We also quickly received the amazon vouchers that were promised too, thank you The Happy Den and Karen, great customer service, we now have our eyes on the Las Vegas bar to accompany the hot tub lol !
We were between going through all of the work for a regular hot tub or doing something like this. I don't have a big space and we may move soon, so I thought that this would be easy to take with us. Have been really impressed so far. Easy to use and no issues. Would recommend to friends!
Great value! and I use it with mineral sticks and peroxide to clean it and it works great as a freshwater hot tub.
We didn't want the big costs of a permanent hot tub and we didn't love the look of the inflatable ones, so we decided to take a chance on this. Well, I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. I'm not sure that you can tell from the pics, but this thing is actually rigid and looks like a much more expensive hot tub. It took a few hours to put together, but things were well labeled in the box and looked to be high quality. For the price, I don't think that there is something better out there on the market right now. Slight drawback is that it's a bit smaller that I thought, so could be a bit cramped with four people in there. But the husband and I love it, and we really only needed it for us two anyways.
It takes a little to get to know how to operate all the features. The water is crystal clear and I love it. It's my new best friend! About a week after it was up and running it started to leak out the bottom of the control unit and I am now currently working with Recreation Unlimited to resolve the issue. Easy assembly for two people as well.
